With your personal portal, you can pay your annual HOA dues, submit requests to make changes to your property, contact the Trustees and access the HOA documents.

Welcome to the Neighborhood! The Westbrooke Subdivision Homeowners' Association (WSHA) is a non-profit corporation that was formed by Dominion Homes in December 1996. Dominion Homes was one of the developers of the Westbrooke Subdivision. If you are an owner of property within the subdivision, you are also a member of the association. Dominion Homes turned over the control of the association to the residents of the subdivision at a meeting held on February 16, 1999. All subsequently elected trustees of the association have been residents of the subdivision.
