NOTICE!! - Annual Invoices were mailed Friday, August 5th.
Invoices for the 2011/2012 budget year (covering expenses for the period of July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012) were mailed late last week. All residents should have received an invoice.
Dues for this period remain $70. Funds are used to maintain property at both entrances (Pinefield and Roberts). The WSHA budget is ratified in an open-annual meeting and governed by a group of elected, unpaid, volunteer trustees. We do everything possible to stretch our resident's investment.
If you have any questions or concerns or did not receive an invoice, please contact the Westbrooke HOA Treasurer via email at Treasurer@WestbrookeHOA.com. Payments can be mailed direct to WSHA, PO Box 1104, Hilliard, OH 43026.
NOTE: There may have been a mis-print on some of the invoices indicating the wrong period. Please note the balance due and remit the payment indicated. We apologize for any confusion.

| | Welcome to the Westbrooke Subdivision Homeowners' Association website! The Westbrooke Subdivision Homeowners' Association (WSHA) is a non-profit corporation that was formed by Dominion Homes in December 1996. Dominion Homes was one of the developers of the Westbrooke Subdivision.
Westbrooke Subdivision is located on the west side of Columbus, Ohio near Hilliard, Ohio. You can reach the subdivision by either Roberts Road or Alton-Darby Creek Road. If you are an owner of property within the subdivision, you are also a member of the association. Dominion Homes turned over the control of the association to the residents of the subdivision at a meeting held on February 16, 1999. All subsequently elected trustees of the association have been residents of the subdivision.
According to the Articles of Incorporation of the association, one of the purposes of the association is to hold title and maintain property within the subdivision that is used for common purposes (ex., the entrance areas of the subdivision). The association can also be used as an organization to help enhance the enjoyment of the residents of the subdivision. The association is also responsible for regulating the use restrictions for property within the subdivision.
If you are a resident of the subdivision, we hope that you become involved with the association. We welcome any comments, questions, or suggestions. We have also developed this website as a tool to help inform you of association and community activities. We will try to keep the information as current as possible and we hope that you will return and visit the site often!
